Plant Protection Products Residues Assessment in the Organic and Conventional Agricultural Production

The organic food is progressively enticing purchasers’ attention, as it recognized to be better than the produced by conventional agriculture and more sustainable for natural environment. Pesticides their metabolites can enter human body via water. In production, over 60 thousand chemical agents are applied, while 90% of harmful substances consumed. production based on qualitative healthy using resources in an ecologically way. European Regulations set maximum pesticide levels (MRLs) products, which also regulated United States Department Agriculture National program supported Environmental Protection Agency. It imperative bear mind that products from multiple detections cannot tolerated, i.e., one product contain two detected residues. this paper, a multi-residue method has been developed determine pesticides agricultural production. work, were analyzed simple QuEChERS sample preparation procedure, followed LC-MS/MS. tomato, potato, apple, carrot samples collected market residues assessment comparing was done.
